When Can Diet Be Started After Delivery Without Affecting Breast Feeding?

hiiii iam female 26 i delivered my baby 5 monthes ago and breast feed him but i have aproblem with my weight iam 80kg aand my hight is 1.58cm when is it safe to start diet without affect breast feeding and if viaananas slimming bills safe for me to use now ?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
For your age and height you are definitely over weight. At the same time you are a mother of 5 months baby, so you should be cautious about the child as well.
So you should avoid the unnecessary drugs, as far as possible.
You can keep weight under control, by 3 following steps.
1)Avoid taking calories, fats, fries, junk foods, oily foods, ice cream etc.
2)minimize the sleeping time, practice late to bed and early to rise. Avoid sleeping during the day time.
3)Increase the activity, by practicing yoga, exercises, morning walk, and do any work in front of you, what ever the work may be, to keep your home, clean and neat.
