Hi,

You seem to have periorbital melanosis. There may be some cause or it may be idiopathic. Anaemia,vitaminB12 deficiency, endocrinal diseases, hereditary cause or other internal disease may be the cause. You consult dermatologist and have investigations to find out some cause. He may treat the cause to improve the condition. Kojic acid containing gel may be applied. Vitamin C, Glutathion ,nicotinic acid..etc may be helpful to improve the condition. I hope you got my answer...

Thanks.
