What Would Be The Reason For Agitation Even After Taking Ativan?
Hi my name is Lynne. I am currently on Ativan, have been on it for some time. I m only on 0.5 mg. I do not. Take it on a regular basis, but sometime I have noticed is that it seems to make me more agitated. What I do is bite my nails down to the quick, even causing bleeding and very severe pain. Do you have any answers of why this happens to me. Please reply...
I think, you have underline anxiety disorder and due to which, all these things is happening. It may be either due to lorazepam dependence or anxiety disorder. Due to withdrawal or anxiety, you try to control yourself by biting nail. There is nothing to worry about it. You can take sedative antidepressant like mirtazapine that would look after both things. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
Thanks
