What Type Of Fooding Is Preferable?

Hi I am dinesh kumar gupta aged 42 years.My blood pressure is 160/100. My LIPID Profile are as:-LDL-35 mg/dL,HDL -111 mg/dL,VLDL-47mg/dL ,Total Cholestrol-193 mg/dL, & Tryglycerides-237. My B/Glucose (Fasting) is 98 .What are the precautions & remedies for this? What type of fooding is preferable?

Exercise plays an important role in curing hypertension. Walking is an excellent form of exercise.It helps to relieve tension, builds up the muscles and aids in the circulation of blood. As the blood pressure shows signs of abating, more exercise like bicycling, swimming, jogging should be taken.
Yogic asanas such as surya namaskar, makrasana,matsyasana, vajrasana,
ardhapadmasana, pavan-muktasana, shavasana and simple pranayama like anuloma-viloma and abdominal breathing are beneficial. All asanas should, however, be discontinued except shavasana if the blood pressure is above 200 milimeters

at your age these values are near norma(i hope that your ldl values are 111 and hdl value 35) it is better to keep your ldl values below 100 you can do it by Decreasing saturated fat intake ,Maintain good body composition Increase dietary fiber and
Increase aerobic exercise

Taking your age into consideration daily exercise with dietary control and cholesterol lowering medicine will be beneficial.Reduce intake of fatty items of food like butter,ghee,cheese and do not take egg yolk if you are taking eggs
