What Type Of Diet And Exercise Should Be Followed To Get In Shape For 27 Year Old?

Hi i am satish

I am 27 year old working professional & weighs around 80 Kg. My height is 165 cm & i do weight exercises whenever i find times. my chest is 46 inches, biceps 16 inches & waist 34+ inches. my upper & lower body is muscular but have some fat stored in middle part(front & side abdomen). I tried to loose 6-8 Kg with exercises, but could not get results. Please tell me how much overweight i am & what diet changes & exercise routine should i follow to get in shape according to my height & age.

hi... your weight should be around 65-67 ideally. do exercises regularly. stop smoking or alcohol or cool drinks that will add empty calories. eat less visible fat diet, like fried items, aviod bakery food, aviod milk products.. instead eat whole grains, high fibre diet, fresh vegetables and fruits.. all the best.
