What Treatments Are Suggested After Analyzing USG Report?

Dr has advised us for D&C i m seding u his findings and want to know reasons and further treatment for next safe pregnancy:
USG report;
" Single intrauterine gestational sac seen with poor decidual.
CRL= 4.2 CM- 9W
5-7% FETAL ANOMALIES CANT BE DETECTED ON ULTRASOUND.

Thanks for writing in.

It is important to correlate the size of gestational sac with the age of pregnancy as calculated from the last date of menstrual periods. If both the ages are matching then it is important to see the pictures and interpret the findings. You may take a second opinion from another doctor to make certain that the pregnancy is not viable.
