What Treatment To Be Taken For The Spitting Problems?
Hi, I am father of 5 Mo old twin boys. Both my babies are having problems with spitting up. they are mostly breast fed with one top feed of 3 ounce(nestle NAN pro1). the problem is that my babies spitting up after feed, when they roll over on their tummies or sitting in our lap.this happens most of the time as we cant prevent them to roll over. we do follow the instruction by our PED to hold babies upright 15 min after feed and burping regularly. I am not considering it as vomiting as it doesn t have any projectile or force. But sometimes spit up do some smell acidic. Please advise what to do? one more point that my PED prescribed Motinorm Drops, which I have not started yet considering the side effects domperidon will have on them. My Baby borned prematurely on 36th week weight at birth: 2.4 and 2.35 KG current wieght: 6.3 and 6.7 KG

Hallo . Thank you for asking this question . Your problem is' regurgitation ' . It consider normal till 1 1/2 years . If your babies are growing normally , weight gain is good than nothing to worry .
