Hi
Welcome to HCM
Read your prob, tenosynovitis is accumulation of fluid in synovial sheaht which cover tendon. in mild case it can be treated only by non steroidal anti inflammatory like ibuprofen, in sever case it can be treated by injectable steroid. you should consult with your doc n start proper treatment. do not worry it is curable.

Hi Sachin,
Welcome to HCM.
You can consult an orthopaedician.Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen can relieve pain and reduce inflammation. Local injections of corticosteroids may be useful as well. Some patients need surgery to remove the inflammation surrounding the tendon, but this is not common.
Wish her good health.
