Firstly immediately after dog bite you must wash the wound in copious amount of soap and water. You will need around 5-6 injections each injection on different days, usually Day 0,3,7,14,28 days at a Hospital. Also Tetanus injection may be required. You can take Booster dose after 5 years.Avoiding provoking a dog, or troubling it ever again as it's bite can be cause of Rabies.
