for the active acnes you can apply clindamycin gel directly 3 times can prevent acne problem by keeping your face clean with cleansing lotion such as cetaphil twice daily for wash.applying adapelene gel minute quantity of it all over the areas where active acne is not there at night for 30min and then wash it with water.not to be applied on the acne.if you start using adapelene its advised to use sunscreen during day time.if you have oily skin use minimum products on the face. if you have dandruff you need to control that too.

apply clindamycin 1% gel twice daily on the lesions. And adapelene 0.1% gel once daily at night all over the face (even on active lesions).

congrates since you are getting married .Acne is a commonest problem in youth and it will come off & on till around 26-27 years also.If you have pustular acne it will definitely require treatment ;please let us know:-
1- what type of acne you have simple or pustular
2-from where you are as different countries have different names for same medicine.
3 -you are male /female
I will try my best to advise but please let me know above detail.Till then wash & keep face clean.Don't stress too much or worry .Eat less fatty & oily food.
