What To Do If Having Vaginal Burning Even After Taking Macrobid 100?

I have just finished Macrobid 100 2 days ago and still have burning sensation in the vaginal area, and a urge to pee somewhat. This is the 5th urinary tract infection in a year. Is it possible that I have another, or Macrobid did not work on this one?
