What To Do If Having Headaches And Burp Puking Regularly?
I ve been experiencing headaches every day for about two weeks. I try to avoid pain relievers as much as possible but when it becomes unbearable the only thing that helps is excedrin migraine. On top of that I am burp puking at least 10 times a day. This happens even if I just eat crackers and water.
I read your question carefully and understand your concern.
I think that the symptoms you describe seem to be a tension type headache, a type of headache caused by contraction of the scull muscles. The problems with eating may be related to gastritis, indigestion or air swallowing during the day ( caused by anxiety).
I recommend you to consult with your GP for a physical examination, perform a routine blood test for anemia and a sinus xray to exclude a possible sinusitis.
Starting amytriptiline for some months would be very helpful if the diagnosis of tension type headache would be confirmed.
I would also advise you to consult with the gastroenterologist for the digestion problems and possibly perform a fibrogastroscopy.
Hope to have been helpful!
