What To Do If Having Constant Sinus Drainage Which Is Irritating The Stomach?

I have been having constant sinus drainage for a few weeks now. It is irritating my stomach. I have burning in the pit of my stomach and constant burping all day long. I am still eating regulary. I feel nausea, but I don't have vomitting or diarrhea. Should I see a dr? What can I take to clear up the irritation and relieve the burping sensation?
