Hi I am 25 years old and for the past 1 year i have these white rashes on the tip of my pennis. At first they did not hurt, but now they are giving a burning sensation mostly on one side of the penis. I also stated developing the same rashes on my fingertips. the doctor prescribed ofloxacin but it is not helping matters. i do not feel pain when urinating.
