What To Do For The Constant Headaches And Migraines Nearly Everyday?

Hello. I am concerned. I have constant headaches and migraines nearly everyday. I also am always overheated and hot, which leads me to getting dizzy and nausea. I also get thirsty a lot. This is becoming a weekly battle and I feel so lifeless. And I feel absolutely awful I need help.

Thank you for choosing HCM

It seems that you have a migraine. It seems that you have a migraine which is occurring due to a trigger factor. This is what is causing the issue in you. Examples of trigger factors are:
Fevers
Sunlight
Colds
Infections

A migraine is also a recurrent type of headache which causes aura symptoms like dizziness and also nausea. There are a few things that you can do to help you:
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water

Follow up after 3 days. All the best.
Hope this helps you
