What To Do For Tenderness Over Medeni Joint Arch?

My doctor has prescribed Etova-P tablets for tenderness over medeni joint arch as pain in right foot. I have also been disagonised earlier Lumbar spondylosis with Gr.1 spondylolisthesis of L4 over L5 vertebra for which various medicines were prescribed. This pain in the middle of right, also the left foot is recent. I have also been advised to foment my feet by dipping in warm water and cold water alternately. What is your suggestion dr.

I would agree with your doctor on the prescription of Etova-P tablets. I would also recommend physiotherapy, local warm packs, stretching exercises and a muscle relaxant (flexeril) to help improve your situation.
