,My son is 11 yrs old 4'11, 105 lbs. Has been lethargic with headache and chills since late Friday afternoon. Fever has been up and down. Elevated heart rate of 104 and sporadic rapid breathing when experiencing pain. Vomitted a few times overnight yesterday. Has pain in lower rib cage area. Also flatulence and diarrhea today. Very weak. Brought him to PM Pediatrics Friday nite, rapid strep test done but negative (strep was circulating in his class). Culture taken and told 3 days for results. Took him to pediatrician yesterday morning was told probably flu or something viral. Also mentioned he had open blister from last Sunday which were cleaned, bacitracin and bandaged. Dr. took quick look but did not remove bandaids. Experiencing extreme stomach pains now but temperature is 98.2 at moment. Haven't given him Tylenol or ibupofren in 24 hrs as he says it makes him feel worse. What can I do for relief?
