What To Do For Pityriasis Rosea?

After a skin biopsy test my results said that I have pityriasis rosea although I believe it to look more like pityriasis alba. This summer it went away, which I believe was due to me being in intense sun consistently, but like I said my spots look more like alba and not rosea. They have since came back.
