What To Do For Lower Back And Rectal Pain, Bloody Stools, Constipation Since Colonoscopy Is Scheduled A Month Later?

I am having lower back and rectal pain, bloody stools and constipation. I have a colonoscopy scheduled next month to check out the colon, to see if there are any hemorrhoids or polyps in the colon. What can I do in the time being to help with the pressure and pain in the lower back and rectum?
