What To Do For Elevation Blood Test Result?

I had a blood test and my flow sheet indicated I was high in several parts of the test the D-domer had a H next to it which I believe means it was high along with the RBC, nuetro, auto mono, auto abs, mono auto, ALT, AST. Can I get an explanation for any of those? Do I have anything to worry about? I had a few L's also next to parts of the test. Please help me.

Hi
Wellcome to HCM
Basically in a blood report when H or L is mentioned in front of a particular parameter, to means the level of that particular parameter is High or Low than normal in blood.
D-dimer is elevated than normal in your case.
-dimer tests are ordered, along with other laboratory tests and imaging scans, to help rule out the presence of a thrombus. Some of the conditions that the d-dimer test is used to help rule out include:

Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
Pulmonary embolism (PE)
Strokes
