What Should I Do For Having Bad Migraines With Spin Neck And Arm Pain?
ive been having bad migraines with spin neck and arm pain overall have so much body pain I fell so weak I feel like I cant breath sometimes and the migraines last 3 to four days I cant leave my bed in a dark room nothing seems to work. I have been like this for a year

Look for the triggering factors of your migraine attacks. Also you need prophylaxis like topiramate, sebelium, or propanolol to prevent attacks also with drugs like NSAIDS, ergot derivative etc to cure your acute pain. Make a headache diary.Also relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation are helpful.
