What Should Be The Dosage Of Vidagliptine, Metformin And Voglibose For Diabetic Patient?

Hello Doctor,Please let me know about Vidagliptine and metformin combination as the patient has uncontrolled diabetes and he was on triple drug combination which i have switched over to vidagliptine plus metformin 50/500 twicw a day and voglibose 0.2 once a day?
