What Should Be Done To Stop Growing Of White Hairs ?
hi doctor , irfan here.. from saudi arabia.... sir, i m 27+ now but I ve got a number of white hairs in my bread too after head hairs... Plzzzz suggest me how can I stop or convert those again to black.. really I m so worry abou that problem... i ll be very very thankful to you

Read your prob, first you should rule out the cause of white hair. most common cause are nutrition deficiency, tension, depression. you should take vitamin C n protine riched diet. along with it you should take multivitamin n minrals tab once daily. you should take it for 5 to 6 month.
