What should be done for hair growth and get black color hair ?

i am 23 years old my hair is curly and brittle my hair cliour is changing to copper color wt i have to do improve hair growth and toget black color.

for curly hair you can get a rebonding or straightening from a parlor .If your hairs are brittle and changing color then it can be because of protein deficiency .Take good high protein diet along with 8-10 glasses of water.Take pulses ,rajma ,chole ,yellow dal,green leafy vegetables,milk,fresh fruits & sprouts.You can also take calcium in the form of tab sigmapantothenate (100mg) daily once for 1 month.
