what vitamins or shampoos can i use to improve the health of my hair . everytime i take a shower my hair gets real tangles and feels elastic like and if i brush it it breaks badly

Hair loss could be due to many causes, most importantly stress.Vitamins used to treat are biotin. use a good shampoo. Hope that answes the question

yes u can use preprations like follihair,keraglow forte,nuhair etc which hav btn,ca pantothenate and minerals also use hair serum like tricoz at least once a week in semi wet hair post wash to keep them tangle free .avoid combing wet hair
