What Scalp Condition Is Red, Itchy, Bumpy Sores On Scalp With Thick Hair Growth?

Hello there. I am a curious woman looking for answers to a scalp condition that I have which has not been identified as of yet. I have visited two dermatologist who have failed to tell me what kind of scalp condition I have. It is so embarrassing when I go to the salon to have my hair styled or braided. My hair is course and although I have the scalp condition my hair has continued to grow and it s incredibly thicker now.The easiest way to describe my scalp is itchy, red irritated, and big bumpy soars. The sores often stay wet because I am active and I sweat a lot. I wash my hair about two a week. if I put my hair in a ponytail it s moist. I try to keep my hair dry as mush as possible and I hope that this is something helpful. I have not permed my hair in over a year and I still haven t been able to get rid of this condition. I need some help.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi i think u are suffering from seborrhic capitis due to excessive sebum production in the scalp due to presence of more sebaceous glands or excessive provocation of existing glands.
It presents as red itchy scalp and excessive moisteriser in the scalp.it can be cured by atarax 25 mg at night.antibiotic twice daily and use of itraconazole 100 mg daily once can cure it.
If no response go for oral isotretinion 20 mg daily once for 3 months to decrease the sebum content in the scalp
