hi i have these lumps on the side of my penis. there is usually only one at a time and they show up about once a year. Ive got them since puberty (beforre i was sexually active) so i am certain i did not contract them as an sti. They feel like large hard pimples in the skin the surrounds the shaft. They are painless except that the skin sometimes gets raw because it peels more on them. From what ive read, it sounds like they may be lymphoceles or swollen sebaceous glands. In the past i have squeezed them but it doesnt really work. Eventually they recede but this can take months and it ruins my sex life. is there anything i can do about this? where should i go to get actual help? would a skin clinic be able to do anything about this problem?
