General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of dizziness, light headedness, dry mouth and sharp shooting pain below the ear.
You were given antibiotics by your Doctor for supposed to be an ear infection.
Pain is continuing in spite of pain killers means there is some problem which needs to be addressed to. This can be done by a clinical evaluation and examination by an ENT Surgeon, CT scan of the mastoids (ears) and related area so that the cause of the infection can be found out, correlated with the pain and the treatment be given as per the findings.
