Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It may be a case of food poisning. In most cases, it resolves automatically. In order to prevent the body from dehydration, continue ORS along with soft diet. Avoid milk and diary products.

Take tablet Drotavirine for abdominal pain and syrup Antacid for pain and bloating. If it brcomes severe with bloody diarrhea, vomiting, dehydratiin and frequency become more then consult doctor for antimicrobial and antidiarrheal therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Wasim Murtaza
