Hi, I have gone through your question. Most probably you had spinal or epidural anaesthesia during childbirth. In this, the anaesthesia is given in the space around the spinal cord by a needle through the back bone. Backache is common in post childbirth period. common causes are calcium deficit, wrong posture etc. Spinal injection is a vvery rare cause of backache.
I would suggest you to take calcium supplements and improve your posture while breastfeeding. If still the pain doesn't improves, then do consult a neurologist and get proper examination, investigation and treatment done.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
