What Medication Is Suggested For Left Atrial Abnormality?

I had an EKG done today that suggests probable left atrial abnormality. I had a tight left pec muscle at night for 3 nights when I went in to see my doctor the tightness lasted a few minutes and went away when i got up and moved around i I feel great and all of my blood work and blood pressure and pulse looks good. Would further testing be required with a cardiologist.

EKG showing left atrial abnormality is incomplete information...what exactly is abnormality that must be known before guiding,i would request you to get exercise stress test to rule our ischaemic heart disease.
