What Leads To Chest Pain?
i have been experiencing a sharp stabbing pain on the right side of my chest in between my breasts but more to the right it lasts for maybe for 24 hours then goes . im concerned because a year ago i was hit with a field hockey ball on the exact spot were the pain is what could it be?

chest pain can be due to local issues like
injury , and other causes may be
- lung related
- pleura related
- cardiac
no need to panic
you need to consult a chest physician or a Pulmonologist who can examine and may request for some investigations like a chest X-ray and an ecg which ll help to reach to a certain diagnosis
in my patients I start them on proton pump inhibitors and analgesics like paracetamol and examine and investigate them
