HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Looking to her age and the history given here it can be said that the chances of having lipoma is just likely. you need to keep close watch on the size of this lesion and other symptoms too if it goes on increasing in size or becomes painful without touching it then it has to be brought for investigation otherwise nothing to worry, even if it is lipoma then also it can be excised successfully, have nice day.
