What Is The Treatment For Thin And Intact Isoechoic Endometrium?
Please explain to me about my diagnosis Normal-sized, retroverted uterus with thin, intact, isoechoic, proliferative endometrium. Long and closed cervix. Unremarkable ovaries with a leading follicle in the right. Consider posterior cul de sac adhesions. Minimal free fluid in the cul de sac.

Your uterus is normal in size. Retroverted means it is directed backwards.
Cervix which is the mouth of uterus is normal and closed which implies its normal.
But as your uterus is directed backwards and there is some fluids behind the uterus which may indicate something called as endometriosis which means uterine lining in abnormal position or it indicate infection.
Consult doctor as ultrasound does not always correlate with your complaints.
