What Is The Treatment For The Lumps Around My Anus Which Bleeds When Scratched?

I have small fissures on my anus opening. I apply witch hazel after each movement and also aloe vera gel..now the area around my anus is constantly moist and is always discharging sticky fluid. Also there are small pimple like lumps which bleed if scratched..how do I treat this please

Hello and welcome to HCM,

I read your query and understood your concern.

It seems like you have intertrigol infection, inflammation due to skin to skin friction ( reason for moist skin and sticky discharge ) as well as secondary infection / folliculitis ( the reason for pimple like lumps ).

Apply topical antibiotics combination like mupirocin / fusidic acid with steroid. keep the area dry. Wear light cotton undergarments.

Also take oral fluconazole 150 mg twice weekly to rule out fungal cause of intertrigo.
