What Is The Treatment For Sever Intersection Syndrome And Has Developed Red Rash On The Hands?

I cannot straighten my left elbow. Was dx'd with "severe intersection syndrome" in November but it's not improving. Cannot turn my hand up or down when my arm is extended. Nothing seems to be helping (have tried NSAIDs). Have had dx of bilateral ulnar neuropathy x 3 years as well and recent dx of moderate shoulder bursitis on the left as well. Now I have a mottled red rash on mostly the left arm in the elbow area, also appearing on the right arm but not as bad (my dr have me cetirizine and then hydroxyzine to try for the rash....neither worked). It's not itchy but hot yo the touch, comes and goes. All inflammatory marker bloodwork is normal. Cannot lift, carry or do much with my left arm at all anymore and becoming increasingly frustrated. 40 yr old female, otherwise healthy.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have cervical spondylosis, besides the previous diagnoses. The rash may be a different issue or may be due to the drugs you are using.
I advise you to consult a rheumatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections, for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically, along with the regular drugs.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts and
Protein rich foods to help the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery, Thank you.
