What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Left Breast?

For the last day or so, I've had a 'bruised' kind of feeling on the right side of my left breast. It hurts just like a bruise to touch. I can't feel any lumps or swelling in the area. Just now, I was doing some cleaning and the pain changed to a kind of spark of shaper pain - similar to the sharp tingles you get when your foot has been asleep but is 'waking up'. That pain stopped once I laid down.

I thought it might have been gas related as I have been burping an unusual amount today, but it's not the usual indigestion type pains I occasionally get. Panadol eases it, as does resting.

I've recently had a chest infection - most of the pain from that was in my sides and ribs, not where it is now - and have been off the antibiotics for around four days now.
