What Is The Treatment For Knee Pain After Total Knee Replacement?

My husband aged 70 had total knee replacement in October 2013 and is still having very bad pain and trouble getting a good bend in his knee dispite having been in rehab for three weeks straight plus going twice a week now . Tablets such as endone ot tramadol do not give him relief. He is a builder actively working up until his surgery in October .. What else can he do to get relief ?

I think he may be having either poor muscles or can be a infection. I would suggest you to get his blood investigation like ESR, crp and see if there is any signof infection is present.
