I am suffering from kidney stones and I am a pro bodybuider, therefore high protien intake is must for me and also i am taking creatine monohydrate (5 gram per day), so as to cope with the competition. I am having about 4-5 stones sizing from 5.5 mm to 9 mm in each kidnmey. please advice...
