General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that she might be having acute gastro-enteritis giving rise high temperature and lose motions.
Give her paracetamol and plenty of water.
If there is dehydration, temperature may not come down with paracetamol or ibuprofen.
She may require antibiotic medicine along with paracetamol to control infection.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Ok and take care.
