What Is The Treatment For Hashimoto's Disease?

i have hashimoto's disease and take thyroid; recently my tsh was good..around 2.6 a couple of weeks ago. This evening i noticed swelling in what i think is a lymph node on the left side of my neck. I am worried about thyroid lymphoma. I have no other symptoms to explain the neck swelling. what do you think? I am 60 years old, female, overweight but not obese.

DEAR USER,
THANKS FOR CONSULTING WITH HCM

SWELLING IN LYMPH NODE CAN BE DUE TO MANY REASONS AS WELL AS DUE TO LYMPHOMA.
NOT ONLY THE SIZE OF THE SWELLING IS IMPORTANT BUT AS WELL AS THE CONSISTENCY IS IMPORTANT.
AND I UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERN THAT HASHIMOTOS CAN PROGRESS TO LYMPHOMA..
BUT ITS VERY RARE AND REQUIRES PROPER EVALUATION BY ENDOCRINOLOGIST

I ADVISE YOU TO CONSULT YOUR ENDOCRINOLOGIST AND GET A ULTRASOUND OF THYROID GLAND DONE.. HE MAY ADVISE A FNAC OF LYMPH NODE IF REQUIRED. YOU CAN GET TO US BACK WITH REPORTS.

HOPE I ANSWERED YOUR QUERY. YOU CAN MESSAGE ME FOR ANY FURTHER CONCERNS
