What Is The Treatment For Giddiness And Low Hearing In The Right Ear?

sir, last four month i have whistleing sound and low hearing sense in my right ear and i have giddness also. and i had treatment in pims hospital .there is no improvement. they give me tablet ginkocer for 2 month And 1month absolute 3g.but problem continues further what can i do sir

Hi.

Noted your short history about taking Gincocer and Absolute 3G for whistling sound and reduced hearing in right ear but no improvement, wants to know what to do further.
I would advise you the following in such a situation.
Consult another ENT Surgeon well versed with ear problems, you have to search in your area.
You need detailed history taking, clinical evaluation, examination and investigations.
CT+MRI also called as combo-study of brain and mastoids to know the status of the nerve, the vestibulo-cochlear apparatus.
Audiometry and such special investigations.
All these will lead to a proper diagnosis.
Proper diagnosis alone can help to get a proper cause and have specific treatment.
