What Is The Treatment For Freckles?

My Doctor has prescribed a cream for me called Triamcinolone and I am wondering if this cream actually lightens the skin, which is why I went to her. I have small freckles that have appeared on both of my lower shins. They look a lot like some sort of sun damage, but I was concerned because they seemed to present almost over night. Thanks K. I really appreciate your concern, if infection is there then it need to be first given try with antibiotic locally and orally and best choice would be "Povidone iodine" cream and Tab Cefdinir 300 mg twice in day for five days, hope this information helps.
