Hello, Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. I have gone through your query and would like to offer some suggestions. Since you are unmarried and the size of the myomas is smaller, conservative management is advisable. To decrease the bleeding during menstrual cycles, progesterones may be used. Styptics like tranexamic acid are also useful. MRI guided focused ultrasound surgery is another non-invasive treatment procedure found to be safe. I am not sure why your doctor has prescribed Glapio in this context. Please discuss with your consultant and plan further management. You should also use nutritional supplements to counter the blood loss. Hope this helps.
