HI
Well come to HCM
Let me tell you something skin condition some time needs longer duration of treatment and drug regime goes on changing from time to time some times this become difficult for patient to follow this and eventually disease does not cured, in my opinion if this is chronic condition then better to continue the treatment what ever given by the dermatologist, again skin condition demands the clinical examination for proper diagnosis, till then you can try "Miconazole cream with Mometasone " apply this three times in day, hope this information helps, take care.
