Im 19, 260 lbs, and i have diabetes and PCOS. I got my first depo birth control shot almost 3 months ago. I need my second round in about a week. But i got my period 10 days ago, and it doesnt look like its going to stop yet. Im worried, becuase my flows were never long, or heavy, and the second day of this period i was literally in crying in pain as i passed blood clots and what looked like a large piece of tissue out. Since then my flow was normal, but still its been 10 days. Should i call a doctor? I never had this type of menstruation before.
