What Is The Treatment For Cough,stomach Pain,headache And Blurred Vision?

i have a very swollen throat, coughing really bad every couple minutes which feels like sandpaper, extreme stomache pain where i fall to the floor curling in a ball, puking up flem, headache major, blurred vision, trouble walking and moving in general even typing, cant swallow things cant eat,

u need to get few investigations done that actually help in diagnosis, these symptoms are suggestive of acute abdomen with CNS involment,, suspisious of thrombosis,,, once the cause for the condition is known treatment options can be choosen. also upper respiratort tract infection is seen.
u need emergency care n admission,,, parentral antispasmodics n fluids.

with similar cases i always admitt the patient , take up relevant history, fallow up with investigations n get the diagnosis.
