What Is The Treatment For Anteveted Uterus ?
uterus is anteveted in size, measures 128x53x61mm. evidence of three hypoechoic lesions measures 12 mm, 11mm &n 9 mm at posterior mymometrium. endometrial echo indentified central, measures 14mm in thickness . evidence of free fluid in POD. HEVY BLEEDING CONTIUING FOR 10 DAYS. PLEASE SUGGEST THE TREATMENT IN THIS REGARD

Three hypo-echoic areas are most probably fibroid s.Endometrium is also thickened.you have not mentioned your age,parity ,live issues,so i will advise you to consult gynec for proper investigation & treatment

You have not mentioned your age and family status. It seems you have 3 small fibroids in the posterior wall of uterus which may not be responsible for bleeding problem you are facing. Uterus is enlarged and endometrial thickness is more. Free fluid in POD suggest several possibilities. They have not mentioned about adnexa. Are there any cyst present in ovaries??How frequently you get periods?? Are they associated with pain?? It is your treating doctor who can decide line of management depending upon your symptoms, examination and investigations and your choices. You can try medical treatment first before going for any kind of surgery. Take care.
