General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection. I recommend to use an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg to prevent the itching. I also suggest using an antifungal cream for local application such as Clotrimazole cream.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
