General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The treatment of ulcers in diabetes consist in:
-Antibiotics, if an infection is present.
-Anti-platelet or anti-clotting medications to prevent a blood clot.
-Topical wound care therapies.
-Compression garments.
These types of wounds need a specific treatment by an orthopedist.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
